Ashley N. Caldwell
Ashley Caldwell graduated with honors from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Police Studies and a minor in Corrections and Juvenile Justice. After working as a police officer for seven years, she attended the University of Dayton School of Law, also graduating with honors. While in law school, Ashley was a member of Law Review and Moot Court. She was also a member of the University of Dayton’s Leadership Honors Program.
Ashley practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense and Family Law. Her background in law enforcement makes her highly knowledgeable in police tactics and procedure and gives her a unique edge in criminal defense. She is a strong advocate for constitutional rights as well as police reform and authored a Law Review comment titled: A Force for Change: Effective Police Reform Through State-Level Initiatives. Ashley is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association.
